I am so excited to join #1MillionMinutes with #sweatpink! This summer my goal is to do 750 minutes of trail running, while wearing my favorite purple & grey  Brooks Adrenaline GoreTex trail shoes.

I predict that we’ll DESTROY the goal of #1MillionMinutes – we’ll actually hit 2,000,000 of minutes this summer! I predict that running will be the top-logged movement.

I’ll get extra minutes in by swimming, biking and running to help my girl Jess prep for her first first triathlon!

My favorite way to get extra minutes in is by doing random trail exploration with Melissa for our blog at www.thepursuitofawesome.comMy bestie Melissa is my BEST activity partner because she is so awesome. Our favorite way to relax post-workout is yoga.
