Yoga for Durability combines the proven benefits of movement, meditation, and self-myofascial release into simple and effective practices that will educate, inspire, and empower you to be physically and mentally ready for whatever your day entails.
While these classes aren’t designed to be your sole form of fitness or take the place of your other physical activities, they will most certainly have a positive impact on your overall well being. They’ll help you move well while making you aware of and balancing out any repetitive movement patterns and postures so you can feel better in your body and enjoy running, training, and moving your body in all the ways you find fun and fulfilling while minimizing the risk of overuse injuries, aches, and pains.
Practicing consistently is like performing routine maintenance on your body, keeping your joints, tissues, and nervous system resilient and able to meet the challenges of the day.
